How do I buy in-game items?
Choose In-game items, pick a game and the pass you want, select your Roblox username, and proceed to checkout. We deliver the pass directly in-game.
How long does delivery take?
In-game items are typically delivered within 60 minutes. You can always track progress in your Orders.
Can I pay using balance?
Yes. You can top up using any convenient method on the Top-ups page or pay directly using your profile balance.
I did not receive my order. What should I do?
Check your Orders page first. If the status does not change after the expected delivery window, contact support and share your order id.
How do I contact support?
Open the support section from the Help page and send us your Roblox username and order details.
